Post Suface bait ban - unattended rods - LITTER - Bailiffs
As it states in theNEWS section, the club regrets that responsible anglers have been effected by this ban.
However, it was very necessary and is line with most waters throughout the country.
With regard to unattended rods it is in the rule book/permit (Rule 36) that no rod is to be left unattended.
There are similar rules covering litter.
Thanks to those who do clear their peags/banks.
Our bailiffs are volunteers, and as such do a fantastic job, but they cannot be everywhere 24/7.
Members are permitted and encouraged to do bailiffing too. You use your permit as a warrant card.
We do not want aggravation on the bank, but used sensibly you too can help with these problems.
Thanks for your input and interest.
Good fishing!
